Shipping:

We ship all orders by USPS, Fedex, or UPS depending on area.

Sorry, no local pickup available at this time.

Please report any missing parts to us within 2 days of receiving your order.

If any contents are missing or a manufacturer's defect is discovered, any applicable warranties may be used to repair or replace the defective parts to restore the item to factory specifications.

Customers may be required to return the defective part(s) to the manufacturer in order to comply with the terms of the warranty.

Returns:

We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase.

If within 7 days you are not satisfied with your ProVape device, you can contact us to arrange for a return minus the shipping and handling charges.
All returns must be in excellent condition and contain all original product packaging and accessories.

We cannot accept returns on e-juice, tips, cartomizers, batteries, tanks, or atomizers. If you purchased a full kit, we cannot accept returns on these extra items. This part of your order will be deducted from the purchase price.

If you are returning an item, please contact us first by clicking on the Contact Us link at the top of this page for instructions.
Returns without first contacting us will be rejected and shipped back.

When contacting us we will provide you with a RMA form that needs to accompany your returned merchandise.If this form is not included, your return cannot be processed.

Merchandise on Clearance or Special Price at time of return will be refunded at the clearance price.
Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded.

After 7 days, all sales are final.
