Shipping:
We ship all orders by USPS.
Sorry, no local pickup available at this time.
Orders for in stock merchandise are shipped within 24-48 hours and shipping
costs are displayed in the shopping cart during checkout.
We will notify you if an item is backordered and an estimate of how long it
will take to ship.
Please report any missing parts to us within 2 days of receiving your order.
If any contents are missing or a manufacturer's defect is discovered, any applicable
warranties may be used to repair or replace the defective parts to restore the
item to factory specifications.
Customers may be required to return the defective part(s) to the manufacturer
in order to comply with the terms of the warranty.
Returns:
We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase.
If within 7 days you are not satisfied with your ProVape device, you can contact us
to arrange for a return minus the shipping and handling charges.
All returns must be in excellent condition and contain all original product
packaging and accessories.
We cannot accept returns on e-juice, tips, cartomizers or atomizers. If you
purchased a full kit, we cannot accept returns on the atomizer. This part of
your order will be deducted from the purchase price.

for instructions.
Returns without first contacting us will be rejected and shipped back.
When returning goods, please include your full name, address, order number and
reason for return. If this information is not included, your return cannot be
processed.
Merchandise on Clearance or Special Price at time of return will be refunded
at the clearance price.
Sorry, but shipping charges will not be refunded.
2010 Holiday Schedule:
We will be closed the following days during the holidays. Orders placed during
